One platform.
Every workflow.
AI built in, not bolted on.
wrxstack replaces a stack of disconnected SaaS tools with one platform: tasks, projects, docs, CRM, inbox, meetings, contracts, and more. One identity, one bill, one source of truth.
The work stack is broken.
The average company runs about 130 SaaS apps. Decisions live in one app, the meeting that produced them in another, the contract that depends on them in a third. AI bolted onto each tool can't see the others. Work gets busier and somehow slower.
One product.
Sixteen modules.
Sixteen modules of a single application. They share one identity, one permission model, and one source of truth. Adopt one workflow first. The rest are ready when you are.
Ask Atlas answers from your workspace, drafts plans, and acts after you approve.
Lists, boards, timelines, and calendars over one set of tasks.
Milestones, dependencies, and timelines, with status updates in one place.
A wiki with real-time co-editing, backlinks, and version history.
Contacts, accounts, and deals, with your Gmail conversations on the deal.
Mentions, assignments, and due dates in one notification inbox.
Recordings transcribed, notes drafted, and action items turned into tasks.
OCR, summaries, and data extraction for long documents and PDFs.
A clause library, redlined versions, approvals, and e-signature.
Intake forms with conditional fields. Each submission becomes a task.
One search across tasks, projects, docs, deals, and contracts.
Dashboards and reports built from the work itself.
Recurring routines you check off and keep on track.
Targets you set and track against the work that moves them.
Edit, merge, split, sign, and convert PDFs in one place.
Flowcharts and diagrams on the same canvas as your work.
An AI that
does the work.
Most AI hands you a draft and waits. The wrxstack assistant has memory, identity, and permissions. It answers from your workspace, drafts plans and documents, creates tasks, and updates records, and it asks for your approval before it acts. Every action is logged.
Delegate the workflow.
Keep the oversight.
Scoped roles, approval before action, and every action in the audit log. Inside the platform, not in a sidebar.
Every artifact.
One graph.
Tasks, docs, contacts, meetings, contracts, and decisions aren't filed in sixteen separate apps. They are nodes on a single graph, with permissions, identity, and events flowing between them in real time.
Three layers.
One platform.
Modules people use every day. A work graph that connects every artifact. An assistant that acts on top of both, under the same identity, permissions, and audit trail.
Modules teams want to use.
Each module stands on its own as a best-of-breed product. We do not ship weak software and rely on the bundle to carry it.
The work graph.
Every doc, task, contact, contract, meeting, file, and decision is a node. Every relationship is an edge. One queryable graph for your entire org.
The assistant.
Inherits your auth, your permissions, and your data scope. Takes actions inside the platform, with full audit logs and replay.
One workflow.
Every module.
Here's a sales cycle on the platform. A lead arrives through Forms. The call is transcribed in Meetings. The proposal is drafted in Docs. The contract is signed in Contracts. The deal is tracked in CRM. No copy-paste.
Lead arrives.
The form submission lands in the right project, and an automation creates the follow-up task.
Discovery call.
The recording is transcribed, notes are drafted, and action items become tasks.
Proposal drafts.
Ask Atlas drafts the proposal from the deal and its notes. You review it before it goes out.
Closed.
The contract goes out for e-signature with an audit trail. When the deal stage changes, an automation opens the onboarding tasks.
Honest about
security.
wrxstack does not hold security certifications today, and it is not set up for regulated health data. What Atlas does have are the access controls an organization of any size needs, with SAML SSO, SCIM, custom roles, and audit logs on paid plans. Here is exactly what is true, so you can decide.
Three plain
facts.
No certification badges, because there are none to show. These three things are real and they apply on every plan.
Every request runs over TLS 1.3.
Storage encryption is provided by our managed hosting provider.
Enforced by the API terms of the model provider the assistant routes to.
No SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or FedRAMP, no choice of data residency region, and no uptime SLA. The enterprise page lists what large organizations can and cannot get today.
How we build.
wrxstack is built by one person with strong opinions about work software: fast, focused, and worthy of the trust people place in it every day.
The work is the system of record.
Software should not ask you to log what you already did. The meeting, the doc, the email, the call: those are the record.
Security is the default.
Encryption in transit and at rest, and never training on your data, are not paywalled upsells. They are how the product is built, from the free plan up.
AI should act, not just suggest.
An AI that produces a draft and waits is still your job. The wrxstack assistant takes action under scoped permissions, with full audit trails.
One platform beats seven integrations.
A single platform beats a constellation of point tools held together with Zaps. We remove the borders between modules instead of automating across them.

wrxstack is two products, and each sets its own pricing where it belongs, inside the app, so the number you see is always current. Start free with no credit card, then see the exact price when you are ready.

Is wrxstack one product or many?
One product. The sixteen modules are connected surfaces of a single application, not separate apps wired together. They share one identity, one permission model, and one work graph. You sign in once.
How is this different from a Notion, Linear, or Salesforce stack?
Most companies run those side by side and hold them together with integrations and Zaps. wrxstack is a single platform with one graph of all your work. The assistant has nothing to bridge. You pay one bill and ship one security review.
Can I migrate gradually?
Yes. Start with one or two workflows (Docs and Meetings, or CRM and Contracts, are common starting points) and expand from there. Atlas has import flows for Asana, Trello, Jira, Notion, and CSV.
What models does the assistant run on?
Atlas routes each task to a suitable frontier model. You can also bring your own model and keys, so the assistant runs on the provider your policy already approves.
Is my data used to train models?
Never. Your content is not used to train any model. This is enforced by the API terms of the model provider the assistant routes to, and it is stated in our DPA.
Can you go through our procurement and security review?
Yes. Large organizations can buy Atlas on the Enterprise plan, which has custom terms, through contact sales, and a DPA is available. On paid plans Atlas has SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, custom roles, and audit logs. There is no SOC 2 or other certification, no third-party audit, no BAA, and no uptime SLA today, so check those against your requirements early. The enterprise page has the details.
Can I deploy on-prem or in my own VPC?
No. wrxstack runs as managed cloud only. There is no single-tenant, VPC, on-prem, or air-gap deployment today.
How does the assistant stay safe?
Every workflow runs under a scoped role you define, with full audit logging, dry-run mode, and a kill switch. Actions above a configurable threshold can require human approval.
