Atlas for enterprise

One work platform
for the whole company.

Atlas puts tasks, projects, docs, a CRM, an inbox, meetings, contracts, and an assistant on one platform, with one identity and one permission model. Large organizations get the controls a company-wide rollout needs: SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, custom roles, audit logs, and data loss prevention. Start free with one team, then move to Enterprise custom terms when you are ready.

01 / Controls

The controls large
organizations need.

IT decides who gets in and what they can see. Security gets a record of what happened. Engineering connects Atlas to the systems you already run. Here is what is available today.

01 · IDENTITY AND ACCESS

Your identity provider, in charge.

People sign in the way your company already signs in, and accounts follow your directory.

  • SAML single sign-on through your identity provider
  • SCIM 2.0 provisioning, so joiners and leavers sync from your directory
  • Google and GitHub sign-in for teams that use them
  • Two-factor sign-in for stronger account security
02 · ADMIN AND GOVERNANCE

Access that matches your org chart.

Admins set what each group can see and do, and every change leaves a record.

  • Role-based access across all 16 modules
  • Custom roles for the permissions your teams need
  • Group-to-role mapping from your identity provider
  • Audit logs of actions by people and by the assistant
03 · DATA AND AI

AI under your policy.

Your content stays your content, and the assistant runs on the model your policy approves.

  • Data loss prevention to keep sensitive data where it belongs
  • Bring your own model and keys for the assistant
  • No training on your content
  • TLS 1.3 in transit, and encryption at rest from the hosting provider
04 · INTEGRATION AND EXTENSIBILITY

Connected to the rest of your stack.

Build on Atlas with a documented API, and keep the tools you are not replacing.

  • REST API with a published OpenAPI spec
  • Webhooks for events across modules
  • MCP server, so AI tools can work with Atlas data
  • 27 connectors listed, with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive available now

Admin and security controls are on paid plans, and some, such as data loss prevention, start on higher tiers. Current plan details are on Atlas pricing. API reference and guides are in the Atlas docs.

02 / Buying at scale

Start with one team.
Roll out to all of them.

There is no long evaluation before anyone can see the product. Prove it with a real team on the free plan, then bring in IT and procurement for the company-wide rollout.

STEP 01

Pilot it free.

Sign up, invite a team, and run real work through Atlas. No credit card and no sales call needed to start.

STEP 02

Connect your identity provider.

Turn on SAML single sign-on and SCIM, map directory groups to roles, and let provisioning handle joiners and leavers.

STEP 03

Move to Enterprise.

For a company-wide rollout, the Enterprise plan has custom terms. Tell sales what you need and agree on terms that fit your organization.

03 / Procurement FAQ

What your review
will ask.

Plain answers to the questions security and procurement teams ask, including what is not available today, so you can check them against your requirements early. For anything else, contact sales.

Is there an Enterprise plan?

Yes. Atlas has an Enterprise plan with custom terms for large organizations. You reach it through contact sales. Every other plan is self-serve and priced inside the product.

Which single sign-on and provisioning options are there?

SAML single sign-on and SCIM 2.0 provisioning are available on paid plans. A workspace owner creates the SCIM token in the single sign-on settings, and directory groups can be mapped to roles. Google and GitHub sign-in and two-factor sign-in are also available.

Do you hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or another certification?

No. Atlas holds no SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or PCI DSS attestation today, and it has not had a third-party audit or penetration test. The security page describes the controls that are in place.

Is there an uptime SLA?

No uptime SLA or service credits are offered on this site. You can follow availability on the public status page.

Can we choose where our data is stored?

Not today. Atlas runs on managed cloud hosting, and there is no choice of data residency region, single-tenant deployment, or on-prem install.

Can we sign a BAA for health data?

No. There is no BAA, and Atlas is not set up for protected health information, so please keep that data out of it.

Is our content used to train AI models?

No. Your content is not used to train models. You can also bring your own model and keys, so the assistant runs on the provider your policy already approves.

Is there a data processing agreement?

Yes. The data processing terms are in the DPA.

Who builds and runs Atlas?

Atlas is built and run by wrxstack, an independent, privately owned company and a small team of builders and AI enthusiasts with more than a decade of hands-on experience across product, engineering, design, and security. Enterprise questions are read and answered by the team that builds the product. The about page has the details.
