An inbox you finish.
Inbox collects what needs you inside Atlas: mentions, assignments, comments, and due-date alerts, grouped by task, project, or person. Snooze, mute, or mark done in a click, and reply or draft with AI right from the row. It is the notification inbox for your work, not a replacement for your email client.
Five things, in priority order.
Work tools send a steady stream of mentions, assignments, and reminders. Inbox puts the ones from your Atlas work in one list, grouped so you can clear it.
Five capabilities, in order of value
- Everything that needs youMentions, assignments, comments, and due-date alerts from across Atlas. One list, one unread count.
- Grouped threadsNotifications are grouped by task, project, or person, so ten comments on one task read as one thread.
- Snooze, mute, mark doneSnooze to a preset such as tomorrow or next week, mute noisy threads, and mark one row or many done.
- AI draft and reply from the rowReply to a comment, or start from an AI draft, without opening the task or project. You review every draft before it goes.
- Your preferencesChoose which notifications you get and how they reach you, and read a daily digest of what changed.

actions
reply, AI draft, snooze, mark done.
Three steps, one list.
Inbox does not ask you to write filter rules. Notifications come from the work itself, and you decide what happens next.
Collect from across Atlas
Mentions, assignments, comments, and due-date alerts from tasks, projects, docs, and CRM land in one inbox, grouped by task, project, or person.
Filter and open in context
Filter to unread, watch the unread count fall, and open any row in context. Due-date warnings show up before the work is late.
Reply, snooze, or mark done
Send a reply, edit an AI draft first, snooze the thread, or mark it done. AI drafts are suggestions you review before anything is sent.
Nine things, all built in.
Each item below is part of Inbox today.
Snooze presets
Snooze to a preset such as later today, tomorrow, or next week. The row comes back when it wakes.
Grouped threads
Rows group by task, project, or person, so a busy record reads as one conversation instead of ten.
Bulk actions
Mark many rows done at once, mark everything read, or archive every notification you have read.
Mute
Mute a noisy thread so it stops pulling your attention, without leaving the task or project.
Unread filter
Show only unread, see the unread count, and page back through history when you need an older alert.
Daily digest
A daily digest sums up what changed, so a day away does not end with a wall of alerts.
Encrypted
TLS 1.3 in transit and encryption at rest. Customer content is not used to train models.
Preferences
Each person chooses which kinds of notifications they get and how those notifications reach them.
Archive and restore
Archive a notification to clear it from the live inbox, and unarchive it if you need it back later.
Threads know the work.
Inbox does not live in isolation. Every notification links back to the task, project, deal, or contract it came from.
Six modules feed one inbox
A mention on a CRM deal, a task assigned to you, a status change on a contract, a meeting action item, a mention in a doc, new intake from a form: each lands in Inbox with a link back to the record.
Programmatic inbox.
Read your notification inbox and mark items read with the REST API and a personal access token. Python shown.
# List unread notifications, then mark them all read. # Requires the inbox:read and inbox:write scopes. import os, requests API = "https://api-atlas.wrxstack.com/v1" headers = {"Authorization": f"Bearer {os.environ['ATLAS_TOKEN']}"} # atlas_pat_... inbox = requests.get(f"{API}/inbox", headers=headers, params={"unreadOnly": "true"}).json() print(inbox["unread"], "unread") requests.post(f"{API}/inbox/read-all", headers=headers)
Inbox vs. notification email.
Most work tools notify you by email. Inbox keeps those alerts inside the workspace, next to the work they point to.
wrxstack Inbox vs. notification email
| Capability | Notification email | wrxstack Inbox |
|---|---|---|
| Where alerts land | Mixed in with all your email | One inbox inside the work |
| Grouping | One email per event | Grouped by task, project, or person |
| Snooze and mute | Mail client rules you maintain | Built in, with snooze presets |
| Replying | Open the app, find the thread | Reply or AI draft from the row |
| Clearing | Archive, and hope you remember | Mark done, one row or in bulk |
| Context | A link back to the app | The record, one click away |
Common questions.
Six things people ask in the first hour of trying Inbox.
Is Inbox an email client?
No. Inbox is the notification inbox for your Atlas work: mentions, assignments, comments, and due-date alerts. Your email stays in your mail client. Gmail can sync two-way with CRM, so customer email shows on the deal timeline.
Where does AI drafting run, and does it train on my content?
Ask Atlas runs on Atlas servers, and you can bring your own model and keys. Customer content is not used to train models. Drafts are suggestions you review before sending.
What if something important gets buried?
Filter to unread, mute the threads that are noisy, and set your notification preferences so the alerts that matter reach you. Due-date warnings show up before a task is late.
Can a team share one inbox?
Each person has their own inbox for what is addressed to them. For a shared support mailbox with queues and SLAs, use a helpdesk. Zendesk and Intercom connectors are in development and cannot be connected yet.
Can I get notifications outside Atlas?
Yes. Notification preferences control which alerts you get and how they reach you, including email, and a daily digest sums up the rest.
What about calendar invites and scheduling?
Scheduling lives in Calendar and Meetings, with two-way Google Calendar sync, meeting templates, and booking pages. Meetings and Booking are on paid plans.
Pairs well with.
Inbox is most useful when Tasks, CRM, and Meetings are live and sending it work.
Who this is not for.
Inbox clears the notifications from your Atlas work. It is not an email client or a helpdesk. If your team runs a support desk that lives on SLA timers, CSAT surveys, macros, and tiered queues, a dedicated helpdesk will serve you better.
Finish your inbox, every day.
Atlas is free to start, no credit card. Invite your team, and mentions and assignments start landing in Inbox.
