Meetings that do the follow-up.
Meetings keeps the agenda, the recording, the transcript, and the notes on one record. Atlas transcribes the recording with AI, drafts notes and action items, and imports the action items as tasks you can assign. Meetings is on paid plans.
Five things that matter.
Recording is the easy part. The hard part is what happens after the call ends. Meetings keeps that work in the same workspace as your tasks, CRM, and docs.
Upload or register a recording on the meeting itself. Teammates can comment on it, and you decide who it is shared with.
Atlas turns the recording into a transcript. You can correct names and wording afterward, and the notes follow your edits.
AI notes pull out action items from the transcript. Regenerate them, or restore the original notes if you liked those better.
Import action items as tasks in the project you pick, with a priority. Nothing is created until you import it.
Meeting templates carry the agenda, attendees, and prep tasks. Meetings and tasks sit on one calendar, with two-way Google Calendar sync, working hours, and focus blocks.
Three stages, one timeline.
Meetings covers three stages: before, during, and after. Each one writes into your Atlas workspace, not into a separate notes app.
Start from a template
A meeting template sets the agenda, attendees, and prep tasks, and the meeting sits on the same calendar as your tasks.
Transcribe and draft the notes
Once the recording is on the meeting, Atlas transcribes it with AI and drafts notes and action items for you to review and edit.
Follow-up in the right place
Action items import as tasks in the project you pick, the meeting shows on the CRM activity timeline, and minutes can be shared by link.
Three kinds, kept apart.
A meeting recap is only useful if it captures what was actually decided. The examples below show the three kinds of outcome worth keeping, and you review each one before it becomes work.
An action with an owner and a date. Import it as a task in the right project, with a priority.
A choice taken in the room. Kept in the meeting notes with the attendees, so the reason is easy to find later.
An open thread. It stays in the notes until someone owns it and turns it into a task.
Nine more capabilities.
Each one works inside the same Atlas workspace as your tasks, CRM, and docs. None needs a separate notes app.
Recording comments
Teammates comment on a recording and share it with the people who need it.
Editable transcripts
Fix names and wording in the transcript, then regenerate the notes from it.
Shared minutes
A read-only link to the minutes for people outside the workspace. Revoke it any time.
Per-meeting visibility
Set who can see each meeting. Role and module permissions apply, in the app and the API.
Search meetings
Search past meetings from the Meetings module instead of scrolling the calendar.
Series trends
A recurring meeting shows a trend across its series, so a standing meeting is easy to review.
Meeting templates
Agenda, attendees, prep tasks, and post-meeting actions, set once and reused.
Booking pages
Meeting types, intake questions, blackout dates, and hosts, on paid plans.
Your model, your keys
Bring your own model and keys for the AI steps. Your content is not used to train models.
Recap to the right place.
A meeting recap is only useful if it lands in the place your team already works. In Atlas, the follow-up stays next to the rest of the work.
Five places the follow-up goes
Action items import as tasks in the project you choose. The meeting shows on the CRM activity timeline next to calls and emails. Minutes go out by share link, and assignments reach people through Inbox.
Programmatic meetings.
Transcribe a meeting and extract its insights over the REST API. Role and module permissions apply exactly as they do in Atlas.
# Transcribe a meeting that has a recording (needs the ai:write scope). curl -X POST https://api-atlas.wrxstack.com/v1/meetings/$MEETING_ID/transcribe \ -H "Authorization: Bearer atlas_pat_..." # Extract insights from a transcript (needs the meetings:read scope). curl -X POST https://api-atlas.wrxstack.com/v1/meeting-insights/extract \ -H "Authorization: Bearer atlas_pat_..." \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{ "transcriptId": "TRANSCRIPT_ID" }'
Meetings vs. Otter.
Otter is built around transcription. Atlas Meetings keeps the notes and the follow-up next to your tasks and CRM.
wrxstack Meetings vs. Otter
| Capability | Otter | wrxstack Meetings |
|---|---|---|
| Live in-call transcription | Yes, its core product | No; transcribes a recording after the call |
| Action items to tasks | Via export or integrations | Import as tasks in an Atlas project |
| CRM link | Via integrations | Meeting on the CRM activity timeline |
| Where notes live | A separate notes app | Same workspace as tasks, CRM, and docs |
| Planning the meeting | Calendar integration | Templates, prep tasks, booking pages |
| Access control | Its own sharing settings | Per-meeting visibility, role permissions |
Common questions.
Questions people ask before turning on Meetings.
Does a bot join the call?
No. Meetings works from a recording that you upload or register on the meeting record, and Atlas transcribes it after the call. A Zoom connector is in development, but you cannot connect it yet. If you need a notetaker that joins calls and transcribes live, a dedicated tool fits better.
How is recording consent handled?
The recording is made in your meeting tool, so its consent prompts apply, and you are responsible for following the recording laws where your attendees are. Inside Atlas, you control who can see each meeting and its recording.
How is sensitive content in a recording handled?
Per-meeting visibility and role permissions decide who can open a recording or transcript. You can remove a recording and keep the transcript and notes, and share links can be revoked at any time. Recordings travel over TLS 1.3 and are encrypted at rest by our managed hosting provider. Your content is not used to train models.
Which plans include Meetings?
Meetings is on paid plans. Atlas is free to start, and pricing is set inside the product. Large organizations can talk to sales about the Enterprise plan with custom terms.
How does the follow-up reach the right place?
You choose. Action items import as tasks into the project you pick, with a priority. The meeting appears on the CRM activity timeline next to calls and emails, and minutes can be shared with a read-only link.
Can I delete a recording?
Yes. Remove a recording from a meeting at any time and keep the transcript and notes. For workspace-wide retention questions, check the Atlas docs or contact us.
Is this an AI notetaker that updates my CRM and tasks?
Partly. Meetings transcribes a recording and drafts notes and action items with AI. Because it lives in the same platform as Tasks and the CRM, action items import as real tasks, and the meeting shows on the CRM activity timeline. It does not join calls or transcribe live.
Pairs well with.
Meetings shines once CRM, Tasks, and Docs are live in the same workspace.
Who this is not for.
Meetings captures agendas, notes, and the follow-up that comes out of them. If you need a hosted video-conferencing platform, a bot that joins calls and transcribes live, or a revenue-intelligence tool that scores sales calls, tracks talk ratios, and coaches reps, a specialist call-recording vendor will fit better. Meetings runs the notes and the actions, not the call itself.

Free to start, no credit card. Meetings is on paid plans. Add a recording to a meeting, and Atlas transcribes it and drafts the follow-up.
