Solutions for however
your team is shaped.
Same product, tuned to where you are. Solo builder, small team, agency, or large organization. Start free on Atlas and choose your pricing inside the product as you add people, or talk to sales about Enterprise custom terms for a company-wide rollout.
For solo builders
who want to skip the stack.
Stop paying for ten tools you barely use. Run tasks, docs, CRM, and an assistant on one platform. Atlas is free to start, so you can begin today for nothing.
Tasks in one place
Inbox, today, projects. Replace a scratchpad and a pile of sticky notes with one view.
A CRM tied to your mail
Two-way Gmail sync keeps each deal's emails on the deal, next to its tasks.
Docs that draft with you
Notes, memos, and updates drafted from your own work. Edit and ship in minutes.
For small teams
consolidating the stack.
Once a few of you share the work, one platform beats juggling separate apps for projects, inbox, and reporting. It is free to start with the core modules, and paid plans add the rest as your team grows, with pricing set inside the product.
Shared projects
Plans, owners, and status in one place. Everyone sees the same board without a status meeting.
One inbox for what needs you
Mentions, assignments, and due dates in one place, with replies drafted for you to review.
Reporting from your work
Boards built from what your team already does. No warehouse and no separate BI tool.
For agencies and
freelancers running client work.
Keep every client relationship, contract, and deliverable in one workspace. Then turn your resume into a personal site with Folio to win the next engagement.
For enterprises
rolling out one platform.
Give every department the same platform under the controls IT requires: SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, custom roles, and audit logs. Start with one team, then move to Enterprise custom terms for the company-wide rollout.
Identity and access
SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, and two-factor sign-in, so accounts follow your directory.
Admin and governance
Custom roles, group-to-role mapping, and audit logs of what people and the assistant do.
Built to connect
A REST API, webhooks, an MCP server, and bring-your-own-model for the assistant.
Guides for your kind of company.
The same platform, explained for how you actually work. Each guide covers what a typical stack costs, the questions people ask, and where Atlas is not the right fit.
For startups
The all-in-one software stack a startup needs, without paying for ten tools before you have revenue.
For agencies
Agency project management and a client CRM on one graph, so scope does not leak between apps.
For consultants
Consultant CRM and project delivery in one place, so your billable hours go to work, not admin.
For solo founders
Run a company as one person, with an assistant that does the jobs a small team would split.
For remote teams
An async platform with one source of truth, so distributed work moves without another status meeting.
Common questions.
Which teams is Atlas actually a good fit for?
Teams of every size that want one connected platform instead of a stack of separate tools, from a solo founder to a large organization. Startups, agencies, consultancies, remote teams, and enterprises get the same product, where the assistant and the shared data model remove the coordination work that a pile of disconnected apps creates. Large organizations add SAML single sign-on, SCIM, custom roles, and audit logs, and can buy on Enterprise custom terms.
Can Atlas replace the tools we already pay for?
Often, yes. Tasks, projects, docs, a CRM, an inbox, meetings, forms, and contracts live in one place with one identity and one permission model. A team can often consolidate several subscriptions into Atlas, though a specialist tool is still the right call for a specialist job, which each solution page names honestly.
Is it safe for company data?
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest by the managed host, and your content is not used to train models. On paid plans there is SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, custom roles, and audit logs, plus role-based access and two-factor sign-in. Atlas does not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 today, so if your procurement requires a current report, check that first. The enterprise page lists what is and is not available.
How does pricing work across team sizes?
It is free to start, with no credit card. Beyond the free tier, pricing is set inside the product and matched to how you actually use it, with monthly or annual billing. Large organizations can move to the Enterprise plan, which has custom terms, by contacting sales.
Can we bring our own AI model?
Yes. You can bring your own model and keys, so the assistant runs on the provider your policy already approves. There is also a REST API, webhooks, an MCP server, and connectors for Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
One platform,
however your team is shaped.
Solo, small team, agency, or enterprise, it is the same product underneath: same graph, same identity, same assistant. Content in transit is protected with TLS 1.3, data is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider, and your content is never used to train models.
