Analytics with no warehouse.
Analytics builds dashboards and reports on the same data your Atlas modules already use. Pick a dataset, group it, measure it, filter it, and chart it. No ETL, no warehouse bill, and role permissions apply. Analytics is on paid plans.
Five things, no warehouse.
Most analytics tools assume you have a warehouse. Analytics reports directly on your Atlas workspace data, so there is no pipeline to build first.
Pick a dataset, up to three dimensions, and up to eight measures: count, sum, average, min, or max. Add filters and a date range.
Metric, chart, and list widgets on one dashboard. Charts show as a table, bar, line, pie, or a single number.
Email a report as CSV or XLSX, daily, weekly, or monthly, to up to 20 recipients, in the time zone you choose.
Role and module permissions apply to every query, in the app and the API. People see the data they already have access to.
Workload, velocity and forecast, time tracking, a weekly review, an activity heatmap, cycle time at p50 and p90, portfolio health, and Goals and OKRs, ready without building anything.
Three layers, one query path.
Analytics reads your workspace data, turns a report definition into results, and puts those results where people will see them.
Your workspace data
Atlas modules expose reportable datasets. Analytics reads them with your role and module permissions applied. No warehouse, no glue.
Build the query, see results
Pick a dataset, group by up to three fields, choose measures, and add filters and a date range. Results show as a table or chart and export to CSV.
Publish, share, deliver
Add the chart to a dashboard, share a report by link, or schedule it to arrive by email as CSV or XLSX.
Define once, run anywhere.
A report is a dataset, a grouping, measures, and filters. Save it, run it, export it, or deliver it on a schedule, in the app or over the REST API. The output below is sample data.
# Dataset ids come from GET /v1/reports/custom/datasets curl -X POST https://api-atlas.wrxstack.com/v1/reports/custom \ -H "Authorization: Bearer atlas_pat_..." \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{ "name": "Pipeline by stage", "dataset": "deals", "spec": { "dimensions": ["stage"], "measures": [{ "id": "open", "agg": "sum", "field": "value" }], "chartType": "bar" } }'
# Email an XLSX every week (needs the reports:write scope). curl -X POST https://api-atlas.wrxstack.com/v1/report-deliveries/schedules \ -H "Authorization: Bearer atlas_pat_..." \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{ "reportSlug": "pipeline-by-stage", "format": "xlsx", "frequency": "weekly", "recipientEmails": ["revops@example.com"] }'
Nine more, all shipping.
Analytics is on paid plans. Each capability below comes with it.
Five chart types
Table, bar, line, pie, and single-number metric, all from the same report definition.
Workload and capacity
Set capacity per person, spot who is overallocated, and get leveling suggestions.
Shared report links
Share a report by link. A revoked or expired link stops working right away.
Permissions intact
The same role and module permissions as the rest of Atlas, in the app and the API.
Goals and OKRs
Cascade OKRs, read the rollup tree, link tasks, and get notified when a goal is at risk.
Time tracking
Timers and time entries on tasks, ready to group and total in a report.
Cycle time
Cycle time at p50 and p90, velocity, and forecast for delivery work.
API access
Dashboards, widgets, saved reports, and ad-hoc queries are all in the REST API.
Scheduled exports
Email a report as CSV or XLSX, daily, weekly, or monthly.
Reads from your modules.
Because Analytics reports on the same workspace data as the apps, there is no copy to keep in sync. No glue, no copy.
One workspace, six readable sources
CRM reports cover pipeline, win-loss, source attribution, rep performance, and activity volume. Contract analytics show the signing funnel, time to sign, and what is about to expire. Delivery views show workload, velocity, and cycle time.
Analytics vs. Mode.
Mode is a SQL and notebook tool over a warehouse. Atlas Analytics is a no-code report builder over your Atlas workspace, with permissions intact.
wrxstack Analytics vs. Mode
| Capability | Mode | wrxstack Analytics |
|---|---|---|
| Source of truth | Your warehouse | Your Atlas workspace |
| ETL for app data | Required | Not required |
| Query language | SQL, Python, R | No-code builder, no SQL |
| Permissions | Warehouse and tool roles | Atlas role and module permissions |
| Data outside the app | Any warehouse source | Atlas data only; export or API for the rest |
| Scheduled delivery | Yes | Email as CSV or XLSX |
| Cost | Seat + warehouse compute | Part of Atlas paid plans, no warehouse |
Common questions.
Six things data and ops leaders ask in the first hour.
Can we still keep our warehouse?
Yes, though Analytics does not query it. Analytics reports on Atlas data. Export reports as CSV, or pull data through the REST API, to load it into your warehouse or BI tool.
How fresh is the data?
Dashboards and reports run on your workspace data when they render or run, so there is no sync job to wait for.
Do we lose anything by not having a warehouse?
For questions about the work in Atlas, no. For analysis that joins Atlas with systems outside it, use a BI tool, and hand the data over with a CSV export or the API.
Can analysts share reports outside the workspace?
Yes. Share a report by link, and a revoked or expired link stops working. Scheduled deliveries email a CSV or XLSX to up to 20 recipients.
Which plans include Analytics?
Analytics is on paid plans. Atlas is free to start, and pricing is set inside the product. Large organizations can talk to sales about the Enterprise plan with custom terms.
Can we write SQL?
No. Reports and dashboards are built from a dataset, dimensions, measures, and filters. If your team needs SQL, export the data or use the API and query it in your own tools.
Pairs well with.
Analytics is sharpest with CRM, Tasks, and Projects live in the same workspace.
Who this is not for.
Analytics reports on your live workspace with no warehouse to maintain. If you need a full BI warehouse with SQL modeling, a semantic layer, and joins across dozens of external sources, pair Atlas with a dedicated BI tool. Analytics answers questions about the work in Atlas, not your entire data estate.
Stop maintaining the analytics stack.
Free to start, no credit card. Analytics is on paid plans: dashboards, reports, and scheduled delivery, with no warehouse to run.
