Company

Is wrxstack legit?

Yes. wrxstack is a real, independent software company with two live products you can sign into today, a published security contact, public policies, and a team that answers its own email. It is also open about what it does not have, and that is where most of this answer lives.

wrxstack is legit: it is an independent, privately owned software company whose products, security contact, and policies you can check for yourself in a few minutes. In one sentence, wrxstack is an independent, privately owned software company, built by a small team of builders and AI enthusiasts, that makes two products: Atlas, an AI work platform for teams of every size, and Folio, which turns a resume into a personal website. If you typed "is wrxstack legit" into a search bar, you are doing the right thing. An unfamiliar software name should be checked before you trust it with your work or your card. Rather than point you at a trust badge, we will give you the checks you can run yourself, then the things we deliberately do not claim.

The way to earn trust from a skeptical reader is not to sound more confident than a big vendor. It is to be more transparent than one. So here is the full picture, including the parts a marketing page would hide.

Five checks you can run in ten minutes

You do not have to take our word for any of this. Each item below is something you can verify directly.

  1. Sign into the products. Atlas lives at atlas.wrxstack.com and has a free plan with the core modules. Folio has free designs. Neither requires a sales call. A product you can sign into and use is the strongest evidence a software company is real.
  2. Read the security page. The security page lists what is in place and, just as plainly, what is not.
  3. Find the security contact. Vulnerability reports go to security@wrxstack.com, published in the standard /.well-known/security.txt file and on the responsible disclosure page.
  4. Read the policies. The privacy policy, terms, and subprocessor list are public, along with the rest of the legal center.
  5. Email us a hard question. Write to contact@wrxstack.com and judge the answer. Messages are read and answered by the team that builds the products.

What is real

Start with the product, because a legitimate software company has one you can use. wrxstack ships two: Atlas and Folio. Atlas is an AI work platform that holds a team's work in 16 connected modules and gives it an assistant that can act on that work. Folio turns a resume into a personal website in minutes. Both are live and both have a free way in.

On the security side, the real capabilities are specific and checkable. On paid plans, Atlas offers single sign-on through SAML, so a team can bring its existing identity provider, and SCIM provisioning so accounts follow your directory. It supports custom roles and keeps an audit log, so there is a record of who did what. Your data stays exportable, so it is not trapped. And it supports bringing your own model, so the assistant is not locked to one AI provider chosen for you. These are the things we can stand behind, so these are the things we claim.

The company is real in the most basic sense too: there are people behind it who are reachable. wrxstack is built and run by a small team of builders and AI enthusiasts with more than a decade of hands-on experience across product, engineering, design, and security. When you email support, you are not routed through three tiers to reach someone who has never seen the code. You reach the team that builds it.

There is also a body of work you can read before you spend anything. This blog has well over a hundred posts on how the products are built, why certain features exist, and where the honest limits are. A vendor that shows its work is easier to trust than one that only shows its conclusions.

What we deliberately do not claim

This is the part that decides whether the answer above is trustworthy, so it comes right after, not buried at the bottom. wrxstack holds no security certifications today. There is no SOC 2 report. There is no ISO 27001 certificate. If your procurement team requires an audited vendor, wrxstack is not a fit yet, and we would rather lose you here than mislead you into a purchase your own process would later block.

There is no roster of named customers, because we will not invent logos or borrow credibility we have not earned. There is no uptime SLA and no round-the-clock support desk. Atlas lists 27 connectors, and only 3 are available today (Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive); 3 more are in beta and the rest are in development. wrxstack is independent and privately owned, with no parent company. A small team cannot offer a large account team, and pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to prove we are not legit.

We explain why this matters in a piece arguing that a SOC 2 report is a starting line, not security. A certificate proves a company paid for an audit of its controls at a point in time. It is useful, and it is not the same thing as being safe to use. The certificate answers a procurement question. It does not answer the trust question, which is what you are really asking.

Honesty checkMarketing reviewAn automated build gate that fails on false claims

Honesty enforced in code, not in a slogan

Anyone can write the word honest on a page. So we did something more durable with it. This website runs an automated check that fails the build if any page asserts something wrxstack cannot back up. If a page were to claim a SOC 2 report, a named customer, or a certification that does not exist, the site would not ship. The transparency you are reading is a rule the code enforces on every page, including this one.

A big vendor has reviewers and legal teams to catch an overreaching claim. We have those instincts plus a script that refuses to build when a claim goes past what is true. It is a small mechanism doing an honest job, and it runs every time.

Small does not mean unsafe

A lot of people equate legitimacy with size, and the two are not the same thing. Size buys you audits, account managers, and the comfort of a familiar logo. It does not, on its own, buy you a product that handles your data carefully or tells you the truth about its gaps. Size is a form of insurance, not a guarantee of good behavior.

What keeps a small vendor honest is that it has nowhere to hide. When a small team is responsible for everything, a broken promise cannot be passed to another department. We have written that enterprise trust is earned slowly and lost instantly, and we take that seriously because our credibility is the whole business.

The practical version of safety is also present. Single sign-on means your team authenticates through the identity provider you already control. The audit log means actions leave a record you can review. Exportable data means you are never locked in and never dependent on our goodwill to get your own information back. None of that requires a certificate to be true, and all of it is checkable by using the product.

The verdict

Legitimacy for a small software company is not a badge. It is the match between what is promised and what is delivered, and the willingness to say no clearly. By that test, wrxstack is legit. By the test of "does it clear every enterprise procurement bar," it does not yet, and this page says so on purpose.

Is wrxstack a scam?

No. wrxstack is a real, independent software company with two live products you can sign into today, a published security contact, and public policies. It does not claim certifications it lacks and states its limitations openly, which is the opposite of how a scam behaves.

How can I verify wrxstack is real?

Sign into Atlas at atlas.wrxstack.com on the free plan, read the security page and the legal center, find security@wrxstack.com in the security.txt file, and email contact@wrxstack.com with a hard question. Each check takes a few minutes.

Does wrxstack have SOC 2 or ISO certification?

No. wrxstack holds no certifications today and says so plainly. It does offer SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, custom roles, an audit log, and bring-your-own-model support on paid plans. If your organization requires an audited vendor, it is not a fit yet.

Is my data safe with wrxstack?

The products use standard practices, including single sign-on and an audit log, and your data stays exportable rather than trapped. The security and trust pages describe exactly what is in place. wrxstack holds no certifications today, so judge it against that honest description rather than a badge.

Who is behind wrxstack?

A small team of builders and AI enthusiasts with more than a decade of hands-on experience across product, engineering, design, and security. wrxstack is independent and privately owned, with no parent company. You can read more on the about page.

Who wrxstack is not for

If your company requires a SOC 2 report or a support organization with contractual response times, wrxstack is not the right choice today, and we would rather tell you now than after a purchase order. It is also a poor fit if a logo wall of named customers is how you judge a vendor, because we do not have one and will not fake one. If neither of those is a hard requirement for you, size is not the issue: Atlas is built for teams of every size, including large organizations, which can ask about custom terms on the Enterprise plan through contact sales. Otherwise, the free plan is the honest way to decide for yourself.
