About these recordings

What you are watching.

Three things worth knowing before you judge a product by a video.

Recorded, not mocked up

Every frame comes from the live product at atlas.wrxstack.com or portfolio.wrxstack.com. Nothing was redrawn or animated afterwards.

Sample data only

The workspaces were created for the tour. The people, companies, deals, and figures are fictional, and the email addresses are masked.

Dated, on purpose

Both products ship often, so what you see is how they looked on November 1, 2026. The changelog and the Atlas release notes cover what changed since.

Tour FAQ

Common questions.

What people ask after watching. Something else? Contact us.

Are these real recordings of the products?

Yes. Every frame was recorded in the live products at atlas.wrxstack.com and portfolio.wrxstack.com, in demo workspaces filled with sample data. Nothing was redrawn or animated afterwards.

How long is the product tour?

The Atlas recording runs 1 minute 52 seconds across 17 chapters, and the Folio recording runs 1 minute 26 seconds across 10 chapters. Every chapter is also written out as text on this page.

Can I try Atlas or Folio myself instead of watching?

Yes. Both products are free to start with no credit card: sign up for Atlas or open Folio and use it with your own work.

Is everything in the tour on the free plan?

No. The Atlas free plan covers the core modules (tasks, projects, calendar, and docs), and the other modules are on paid plans. Folio's free plan includes 10 of its 74 designs, and a custom domain needs a paid plan. See pricing.

Do I need a sales call or demo to evaluate Atlas?

No. You can sign up and evaluate Atlas on your own. Large organizations that want Enterprise custom terms can read about Atlas for enterprise and contact the team from there.
